If you do not live in France you will need to use a web proxy, go to

Paste this into the proxy url bar OF THE PROXY:

hit enter or click go
wait for the page to load and LOG IN
Now, In the url bar OF THE PROXY change the link to this:
www.stardoll.com/do/campaign/giveItem.php?id=38&hash=bfd1385a9394af6792a07f6c155a1a3b
And hit enter.You will be redirected to another stardoll page but close it and go to stardoll as usual the robe will be there
